Role:
The National Account Executive/Account Manager primarily facilitates sales growth opportunities with assigned customer accounts. Acting as Nextech's liaison for customer accounts, the account manager strengthens relationships with customer contacts, has a strong understanding of the sales process, and extends support from the customer service department. Account managers also aim to exceed sales goals while working closely with Business Development Executives and Regional Operations teams.

Answering incoming phone calls and emails professionally
Provide regular two-way communication between all departments within our organization and provide strong team representation to set proper customer expectations
Assist with regular invoice and work task review to verify proper customer care and proactively address trends as needed
Provide customer with positive experience and expertise on status of account in regular intervals
Assist with customer concerns and issues as necessary
Track and manage customer capital reporting and assets for proactive and emergency equipment replacements
Provide quality control by assisting in review of customer asset audits and checking processes for operations
Build a successful relationship with the customer and staff within the CMS/Nextech organization to provide the best level of customer service
Responding to any urgent questions or concerns of the client as soon as possible
Use internal reporting tools to understand customer account trends and find strategic opportunities to grow accounts and improve company revenue
Address any aging quotes to ensure they are submitted in a timely manner
Tracking preventative maintenance orders to ensure operations is scheduling them to be done within the specified time frame
Work with account receivable department to ensure timely invoice payment
Work with Business Development Executives to present preventative maintenance and capital replacement programs to customers
Perform business reviews with customers (includes weekly/monthly touch bases and quarterly business reviews)

Qualifications
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Ability to drive process change, resource efficiencies, and change management

Must have strong presentation skills and demonstrated experience pricing systems for customers
A proven track record of technical sales success
Proven experience in building customer relationships
Excellent organization, prioritization, presentation, and project management skills

Excellent and creative problem-solving skills
An ability to adjust to changing workflows and demands
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or Engineering or related field
Experience in HVAC Industry or other service business preferred
Prior technical sales experience required
