Job Description: We are seeking dedicated and skilled Registered Nurses to join our team for the NOC (Night) shift. Full-time and part-time positions are available. As an RN at Alhambra Post Acute, you will play a vital role in overseeing and ensuring the health and safety of our residents during the overnight hours. Your responsibilities will include patient assessments, medication administration, and collaboration with the healthcare team.
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents' health status
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
Monitor and document vital signs, symptoms, and patient behaviors
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
Provide emotional support and comfort to residents and their families
Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
Respond effectively to medical emergencies and provide appropriate interventions
Adhere to all regulatory standards, policies, and procedures
Qualifications:
Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of California
Minimum of (Insert years) years of nursing experience, preferably in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility
Current CPR certification
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
