Working Model: Hybrid (Mon &Thurs is WFH, Tues & Wed - In office in Alpharetta, GA)


Location Options: Alpharetta, GA



Part Time : Mon-Thurs, 9am-2pm, 20hrs/Week



Responsibilities:


• Responsible for providing support to the network field group for purchase order lifecycle (create, modify, cancel, receive, accrue, invoice reconciliation, etc.)

• Ability to communicate effectively via written communications as well as displaying good interpersonal skills

• Create regular reporting for Network Assurance director.

• Customer Escalations coordination and reporting

• Systems cleanup (IOP)

• Other Network Assurance related tasks, as requested by Network Assurance director or PMO Associate director.



MUST HAVE SKILLS (Most Important):


• Microsoft Office Suites and/or google apps experience with presentations, power points, reporting, and excel.

• Ability to put data together in easy to read reports (pivot tables, charts, etc.)

• Professionalism

• Self-motivated and ability to complete work with minimal supervision



DESIRED SKILLS:


• Telecommunications experience, even better if familiar with Network Assurance or Operations.

• Familiar with IOP or telecommunications equipment.

• Previous experience in project management



EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:


• College degree would be a "nice to have" but not required.

• 3-5 years' experience in coordinator, project management, network, or similar role.
