We are looking for an RPA Automation Developer to join our team to support the Modern Delivery - RPA.

Your day-to-day work will include:

  • Process design, develop, implement and maintain creative Robotics Process Automation (RPA) and Power Platform solutions in support of ASA(FM&C) and Army Enterprise requirements.
  • Designing and Developing RPA solutions that enable ASA(FM&C) to successfully achieve its Campaign Plan objectives with an emphasis on Audit Readiness, Enterprise Business Systems Convergence, and modernization of Resource Management business processes.
  • Maintaining expertise with RPA software (UI Path and Power Automate) and continually enhance Automation Development knowledge.
  • Being involved in the end-to-end Robotics Process Automation (RPA) and workflow automation (document, design, build, test, deploy, maintain) using recommended best practices.
  • Collaborating with other agencies, military personnel, civilians, and contractors with regard to RPA interest, inquiries, and collaboration projects.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders and internal teams, to design and deliver automated solutions.
  • Working with Business Analyst and SMEs to ensure requirements are thorough and complete.
  • Serving as assigned project's primary developer.
  • Liaising between Business Analyst, customers and other RPA Developers on technical matters.
  • Supporting RPA customers by providing technical answers, expertise, and insights as needed.
  • Briefing potential RPA customers on RPA technical capabilities as needed.
  • Assisting Business Analyst as needed to properly Capture keystroke level detail from customers/process owners during pre-development document review.
  • Presenting/speaking to RPA technical requests and status of projects to the client, project manager, and governance boards as needed.
  • Developing RPA tools, documentation, presentations, videos, and other promotional materials.
  • Collaborating with the Business Analyst to ensure customers' development requirements are accurately captured for automation projects.
  • Supporting the governance of the RPA process.
  • Assisting the Business Analyst in providing track metrics and financial projections for each developed automation.
  • Supporting Business Analyst with technical conversations within project email communications.

At a minimum you should have:

  • An active DoD SECRET Security Clearance.
  • A bachelor's degree in a non-STEM field and 5-10 years of relevant experience.
  • 3 - 10 years of coding experience in any computer language, preferably for automation project and preferably for DoD clients.
  • Ability to translate a business process (as documented in a PDD) into a functioning automation/application with little or no assistance.
  • UiPath, Power Platform, or other automation software hands on experience strongly desired and certification(s) preferred, but not required.
  • Demonstrated abilities along with Coursework or work experience may be substituted in lieu of certifications.
  • Understanding of or experience with, crafting detailed Process Design Documentation (PDDs), process/ keystroke mappings (Visio, process recording, etc.), training briefs, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), specific to building Robotic Process Automations.
  • Experience working in fully remote work settings, including excellent communication skills, the use of virtual project management tools, leading virtual meetings/workshops, and other work exercises.

Estimated Salary Range: $100,000 - $120,000
