Volt is immediately hiring a Logistics Clerk in Cedar Creek, TX.
As a Logistics Clerk you will:
Job Description:
- This position supports Domestic shipments of pathology reagents to hospitals, requiring expertise with Meeting on time and accuracy expectations.
- Simultaneously pick & begin packing orders in proper containers/ to prepare them for shipping per proper procedures.
- Ensure packages are picked and shipped in a timely manner and processed with appropriate carrier.
- Put away released finished good products, transfers from other warehouse locations
- Manages finished goods inventory system with a high level of accuracy, using warehouse management computer system software, manages the location of inventory to ensure proper stock rotation, smooth order picking, and staging activities.
The ideal candidate will have:
- May require some higher education or specialized training
- Solves broad range of distribution administrative problems
- Ideally have working knowledge of regulatory requirements (FDA, ISO 13485 and OSHA)
- Follows policies and procedures, completes administrative task correctly
Pay Rate: $19.00 an hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
