Our client, a not-for-profit health organization, is looking to hire an AP Document Analyst to join their team in Fairfax, VA!
*** This begins as a 7-month contract with any opportunity to extend/convert ***
**This role will be remote but worker must be onsite for training (this will last roughly a month in Fairfax, VA 22031)**
Responsibilities
Audit employee expense reimbursements according to Inova T&E and IRS policy
Resolve old 2023 stranded T&E reimbursement request
Email employees and approving managers for stranded expenses Vendor Statements
Refer to the OIR and the Incoming Invoice reports.
Look for old invoices; anything dated 2023 and older.
Go to the AP Shared drive and open the "Statements_ High Priority" folder, check to see if we have a current statement from that supplier and if the old invoices are on the statement.
If the invoices are not listed on the statement, log into Oracle Payables Invoice module, pull-up
one of the invoices from the OIR or Incoming Invoice report to get the suppliers contact information.
From the Vendor Statement email box, email the supplier and request a current statement (department will draft emails for different situations for temp to use)
Requirements
Minimum High School Diploma/GED
Minimum 2 year of experience in Accounts Payable - Travel and Expense reimbursement
Great customer service skills
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Attention to detail
Handle sensitive and confidential information
