Support / lead the corporate strategic planning process - providing thought leadership, quantitative and qualitative analysis, recommendations, and materials preparation (with the support of the members of various departments)
Engage cross-functionally and be an analytical resource to the rest of the business
Work with senior leaders to establish a comprehensive strategic roadmap and implement short and long-term objectives and initiatives to drive business results, and to provide fact-based thought leadership on key strategic and financial decisions
Oversee the strategic plan and performance
Support the company values and vision
Requirements: • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required • 5+ years' experience in strategic development role required • ERP experience required • Proficient in Microsoft Office required • German language fluency required • Able to reinforce accountability and takes ownership of project success • Ability to manage multiple high priority tasks • Ability to work and lead with cross functional teams • Financial background or understanding is a plus • PSI Penta experience a plus
