We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front of House Manager to join our team in a beautiful senior living community. Reporting directly to the Culinary Director, the Front of House Manager plays a crucial role in the day-to-day operations, ensuring exceptional service, and contributing to a positive dining experience for residents. This role offers a dynamic work environment within a senior living community and will include times where the team member will be serving and helping with dishes.

The position entails a need for excellent communication skills; ability to multi-task, strong team leadership and ensures superior food and beverage quality and strong customer service skills.
Job responsibilities:
Schedules, trains, manages, and develops staff
Manages budget and inventory
Trains and supervises alcoholic beverage service
Assists with catering events
Establishes beverage program and seasonal specials
Purchases alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
Manages culinary program in conjunction with culinary and marketing teams
Maintains a positive working relationship with staff, venue client and production team
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience managing others - Strong Communicator and demonstrated by ability to interact successfully with a variety of people
Excellent computer skills, self-motivation, excellent planning skills and able to make timely and competent decisions
Working knowledge of the business as well as has knowledge of the market
Bartending or bar management experience preferred
Experience with knowledge of all state and local alcohol laws
