We are now seeking an experienced full time, highly motivated Project Manager. Your primary responsibilities include end-to-end leadership and operational management of external client projects to produce defined deliverables on time to agreed project specifications. Includes all project management functions from detailed planning through execution. Has delegated responsibility, accountability and authority for project resources, deliverables and financials associated with VieCure projects (client-facing and internal).

Key responsibilities include:
  • Hands-on project management, including accountability for the initiation, planning, and execution of project tasks and overall account-related activities, facilitating resolution of issues and roadblocks
  • Creator and owner of all critical project documentation and artifacts
  • Mobilization of multidisciplinary teams (resources) to delivery projects on time and on or ahead of schedule within agreed cost / revenue parameters.
  • Resource and capacity management including resource allocations and explanation of responsibilities and project performance expectations
  • Keen awareness of project budgets and resource time/capacity as it relates to projects
  • Promote excellent customer service and communication to ensure the long-term success of the VieCure platform at the client; this includes maximizing platform use and benefit realization, as well as defining opportunities to improve company revenue through site expansions, increased customer use or platform utilization that contributes to VieCure's data commercialization strategies
  • Efficient management of resource time against project budget
  • Communication and negotiation with all project stakeholders, obtain approvals as defined by project charter
  • Empowered to lead (decision making responsibility specific to projects and risk mitigation, with escalation only when warranted or when a decision has enterprise-wide implications
  • Provide regular communication and reporting transparency into project progress to various external stakeholders and the wider organization in relation to; costs, issues, quality, and financials
  • Ensure all perceived project risks are communicated to senior leaders and stakeholders in a timely manner, along with a proposed mitigation plan
  • Assist in the continuous improvement of VieCure's implementation and client support methodologies, including content, tool sets, policies, and processes

Skills, Competence & Experience
  • Bachelor's degrees or equivalent experience in Healthcare IT Project Management required
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or qualified by experience
  • Knowledge of Agile and Scrum practices preferred
  • 5+ years of related healthcare experience desirable
  • 5+ years of EMR implementations and/or management in a lead role
  • 5+ years in a Software as a service (SaaS) environment
  • 5+ years of Information Technology (IT) solution design in healthcare or related field
  • Strong Ability to hit tight deadlines and work under pressure.
  • Strong Analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong Ability to in addressing conflicts diplomatically, seeking common ground, and fostering constructive resolution.
  • Efficiently allocating time to tasks, setting priorities, and meeting deadlines without compromising qualities.
  • Familiarity and appropriate competent use of project management applications (ClickUp, MS Project, SmartSheet, etc.)
  • A balanced technical skill set with required soft skills to translate complex scenarios in simplistic terms when needed, depending on the audience
  • An understanding of Product Management and Development
  • An understanding of Data Conversion and Interface Building
  • Proficiency in MS Office 365

Pursuant of the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, C.R.S. § 8-5-101, the targeted range for this role will be $90,000 - $110,000 per annum.
