DSI Construction is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Project Superintendent with a minimum of 5 years of proven expertise as a Commercial Construction Superintendent. This position is based in Athens-Clark County, GA.
Key Responsibilities: • Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion. • Coordinate and supervise construction activities, including subcontractors and vendors. • Ensure projects are executed within budget and schedule constraints. • Maintain high standards of quality and safety on site. • Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and internal teams.
Requirements: • 5+ years of experience as a Commercial Superintendent. • Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials. • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications. • Excellent leadership and team management skills. • Proficiency in project management software and tools such as Procore and Microsoft Project. • Familiarity with building codes and regulations applicable in Athens-Clark County, GA.
