Technical Implementation Engineer

Job Summary:

Responsible for providing and managing the delivery of high-quality technical support to Sunmi customers and partners.

Responsibilities:
  • Primary interface with Sunmi North America customers, partners and sales.
  • Act as subject matter expert for Sunmi products and solutions (MDM, TMS, Key Injection, etc.).
  • Identify and analyze the customer requirements to integrate with Sunmi Android payment terminals and recommend best practices and solutions.
  • Work closely with 3rd party Integrators and partners to resolve technical integration issues.
  • Perform integration/validation testing on software developed by the Engineering team to identify issues early and raise it using Jira ticket system. Retest software application when fix is ready and provide early feedback to reduce turnaround time for fixes and releases.
  • Provide ad-hoc Sunmi product training when necessary to customers, partner, and including Sunmi internal teams and participate in technical presentations.
  • Develop and maintain clear documentation for integration support.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Required Skills:
  • Experience with EMV certification and integration.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting and problem resolution.
  • Experience with tools such as Confluence, JIRA, and MS Office.
  • Excellent customer service skills and experience dealing with Software & Hardware engineers.
