About the Role
Job Title: Financial Data Analyst
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor cloud financial performance using data analytics tools.
Create and maintain dashboards to visualize key metrics and KPIs.
Analyze trends and anomalies to support cost optimization initiatives.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Develop and support financial models for cost attribution.
Ensure financial tools are user-friendly, scalable, and up to date.
Stay informed on cloud cost management tools and FinOps practices.
Continuously seek opportunities for innovation and process improvements in cloud cost management.
Minimum Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of FinOps practices and frameworks.
Experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP preferred; Azure is acceptable).
Proficiency in data analytics, visualization, and financial modeling tools.
Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, and/or Apptio BI.
Expertise in Apptio Cloudability.
Ability to translate business requirements into actionable product deliverables.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
Understanding of ETL methods, processes, and standards.
Desired Qualifications:
Experience with Apptio TBM.
Location: Phoenix, Arizona
Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $110,000 - $120,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
