Job Description:

JOHNLEONARD is seeking a full-time Senior Administrative Assistant to join a collaborative and inclusive law firm in Boston, MA. The detail-oriented role comes with a competitive salary range of $80K-$100K and many attractive benefits.

In this Senior Assistant role, you would support a busy team of attorneys in private client and estate planning practice areas. You also can expect to:

  • Generate, prepare, and organize legal documents, including trust account opening forms
  • Compile complex and heavily formatted documents
  • Manage assigned attorney's and legal personnel's calendars and input their time
  • Prepare new case reports and maintain files
  • Manage client contact

To apply for this Senior Administrative Assistant position, 5+ years of progressive administrative experience and a college degree are required. You will also need:
  • Ability to be proactive and take initiative
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and Visio
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively
  • Excellent proofreading, organizational, and time management skills
