Araujo & Fisher is seeking a full-time in-person removal and family immigration associate who will assist in all aspects of our immigration practice including appearing in removal proceedings, preparation and submission of family and humanitarian applications, drafting of legal memorandums, motions and briefs, assist in federal immigration cases.
This position is ideal for attorneys who want to practice complex removal and family immigration at a high level of excellence as a member of a collaborative team.
Duties
Prepare affirmative applications to USCIS, CBP, and DOS
Represent clients in removal proceedings
Represent clients before family courts
Conduct legal research and assist in writing briefs to EOIR, BIA and federal courts
Draft legal documents and motions.
Qualifications
Have passed the Massachusetts bar or ability to waive in
2-6 years of Immigration law experience through prior employment
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
