Role Description:
In this contract-to-hire role, you will be instrumental in accelerating our growth by engaging with prospective clients and booking sales demo appointments.
Responsibilities:
Conduct high-volume prospecting through calls, emails, and social media.
Work closely with our sales team to schedule demos.
Track and manage lead data in our CRM system to nurture leads into the sales process.

Tech-Savvy Organizer: Efficient with CRM and outreach tools, manages multiple tasks with strong attention to detail.
Compensation:
Base Salary: $3,000 per month, ensuring financial stability.
Commission: $50 for each qualified sales call booked, uncapped - fuel your earnings by your performance.
On-Target Earnings (OTE): Expected to be $5,000 per month, with additional bonuses for exceeding targets.
Location:
This position is based in Needham, MA. Candidates need to commute to our office daily (no remote work).
