Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a National Customer Representative at TTN. The National Customer Representative will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and providing exceptional customer support. This includes effective communication with customers, managing customer service inquiries and issues, and creating a positive customer experience.
Qualifications
Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Support skills
Excellent communication skills
Prior customer service experience
Ability to deliver exceptional customer experience
Understanding of logistics and transportation industry is a plus
Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial:
Experience in the logistics or transportation industry
Knowledge of FTL, LTL, and Warehousing solutions
Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
