What you need:
A bachelor's degree or higher from an ABET accredited university in Engineering
Proof of United States Citizenship
Ability to obtain a government security clearance
The skills/experience we want to see:
Developing and managing the utility maintenance action plan for Sustainment, Restoration, and Modernization projects
Managing revenue and costs for utility commodities
Prioritizing utility projects to meet mission within annual budget constraints
Supervising proper operations and maintenance of utility production and distribution systems supporting military, industrial, and medical operations
Performing utility rate assessment analysis and recommending lowest cost energy source mix
Overseeing the development and implementation of projects to provide energy savings and resilience
Leading cybersecurity enhancements to operational technology in support of utility systems
Ability to work in a multi-disciplined team environment and across functional boundaries
