Career Opportunity: Vice President, Strategic Initiatives & Planning
Location: Littleton, MA (On-site)
This position will be based out of our Littleton Office.
Position Summary: The VP, Strategic Initiatives and Planning plays a critical role in guiding the strategic direction of the organization. You will be responsible for developing and executing our rolling six-quarter business plan, ensuring it aligns with our long-term objectives. Working closely with senior leadership, you'll foster collaboration across departments and drive initiatives that promote growth, innovation, and operational excellence.
General Responsibilities:
Lead the development of the annual strategic plan, aligning key priorities with organizational goals.
Work with executives to develop Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and track progress towards measurable outcomes.
Oversee the rolling six-quarter business plan, adapting to market trends and performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between strategic initiatives and business goals.
Partner with departments such as Finance, HR, and the Project Management Office to drive success and accountability.
Report regularly to the executive team and board on the progress of strategic initiatives.
Stay informed on industry trends and regulations to refine strategies.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Experience: 7-10 years in strategic planning, business development, or organizational effectiveness, ideally in financial services.
Proven leadership in guiding complex initiatives and supporting executive teams.
Expertise in OKR development, strategic execution, and change management.
Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
