Responsibilities
The Sr/Process Engineer is responsible for developing, validating, and implementing new manufacturing process technology innovation:
Secure machine KPI improvement for reduced cost
Introduce new manufacturing process capability
Ensure sufficient process capacity
Recommend alternative design solutions as needed
Support the development of process flow, equipment, tooling, and check fixture designs
Travel 20-50%, primarily within the North American region
Other duties as assigned
Experience
Bachelor's in Engineering or related technical field
3+ years as an engineer in an industrial manufacturing environment
Application of closed-loop process control enablers
Proficiency in project management principles
PLC and robot programming
