Job Title: Production Operator

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Duration: 12 months

Key Responsibilities:

• Consistently utilize appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and adhere to all safety protocols.
• Follow and comprehend detailed written instructions for production tasks.
• Accurately document operations performed in travelers and log sheets.
• Maintain production output according to established time standards.
• Competently use precision measuring tools to ensure product accuracy and quality.
• Efficiently produce parts in compliance with certification and quality guidelines.
• Participate in cross-training initiatives to support team versatility and operational efficiency.
• Uphold 5S principles to ensure a clean and organized work environment.
• Ensure adherence to Company Quality Standards and continuously monitor compliance.
• Promote and adhere to the Corporate Code of Ethical Standards.
• Communicate professionally and effectively with peers, supervisors, and customers.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.

The role supports various production areas, including grit blasting, grinding, belt sanding, chiseling, tack welding, brazing, and cleaning.
