-Proficient in Microsoft products (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, etc).

-Strong experience with calendar management, travel planning, expense management, and invoice management

Nice to Have Skills and Experience

-Experience in the healthcare industry

-Master's degree

-Experience in the Finance or Investment industry

Job Description *

An employer is looking for an Executive Assistant in the Beverly Hills, CA area. This individual will be assisting two VP's within Finance and Investment. He/She must have strong experience in calendar management, travel planning (flights, hotels, car services, etc.), expense management, invoice management, internal website management loading digital documents, and creating professional PowerPoint decks. This person must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have the capability to anticipate the executive's needs. Being proactive and detail-oriented are a must. This individual must have a passion and strong enthusiasm for healthcare - desire for learning the in's and out's of the executive's org chart and the many functions of their team of over 1,100 employees in order to know how to support their initiatives.
