Coordinate the technical team's training with the Training Department to ensure ongoing skill development and adherence to industry standards.
Field Staff Scheduling: Adjust schedules of field staff as needed, reporting changes to corporate leadership, ensuring optimal staffing and resource allocation to meet service demands.
Client Relationship Management: Act as a liaison for internal and external communications with hospitals, ensuring timely responses, problem resolution, and proactive updates. Provide regular weekly status reports.
Compliance and Accreditation Management: Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards by leading field staff in the completion of surveys, licensing audits, and maintaining accreditations. Develop systems to continuously meet and exceed these requirements. Work closely with the Quality Audit Team to ensure that all services provided to clients adhere strictly to company and industry standards.
Technical Customer Support: Interact with customers at the technical level as required, providing expert guidance while ensuring their needs are met with high-quality service delivery.
Business Development: Drive revenue growth through strategic upselling of services, including parts, while identifying and acting on additional business development opportunities to expand the company's footprint.
