Duties
- Utilize MRP systems to manage materials procurement
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure advantageous terms
- Oversee the end-to-end procurement process from sourcing to delivery
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs
- Manage and maintain supplier relationships
- Monitor market trends to ensure competitive pricing
- Utilize Oracle EBS or similar systems for procurement activities
- Coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of materials
- Evaluate supplier performance and implement improvement strategies
Requirements
- Proven experience in procurement, contract management, and negotiation
- Strong knowledge of materials management and supply chain processes
- Ability to procure materials at the best price without compromising quality
- Proficiency in Oracle EBS or similar procurement systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to fabricate effective procurement strategies based on market analysis
