#3 Know and understand B2B marketing and how to leverage LinkedIn to provide meaningful content that is valued by our followers.

Travel to customer sites to complete installation, position merchandisers and inventory for maximum appeal and ensuring all technical systems are operational
Troubleshooting problems that may arise during installations and implementing solutions "on the spot"
Working with other team members to develop plans, schedules and manage resources
Sharing best practices and customer feedback to continually improve the quality, effectiveness, and efficiency of their retail kiosk
Earning bragging rights after you created a great guest experience that wildly exceeds their expectations
Evangelizing a culture of collaboration and helping our customers succeed
Requirements
Undergraduate degree and 2+ years of experience as a retail merchandiser for a high-growth organization
Technically savvy - proficiency in modern productivity software, can troubleshoot a Wi-Fi network and POS system
Skilled at creating planograms (Smartdraw or Canva experience a plus)
Able to analyze sales data to create optimal product mix for clients
Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build relationships and trust quickly
Excellent visual merchandising skills - you can follow a planogram to efficiently complete store setup and stock product
Creative problem solving and logical thinking with the ability to navigate obstacles with minimal support in the field
Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
Friendly, outgoing, engaging personality and excellent communication skills
Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where every day is a new adventure!
A desire to travel throughout the US up to 75% of the time
