This is a full-time in person, possibly hybrid after 1 year, role for an Administrative Assistant at Cypress Strategies located in Scottsdale, AZ, with flexibility for some remote work. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing calendars, arranging meetings, handling correspondence, and performing various office tasks to ensure the efficient operation of the office. As well as coordianting client management systems, client interaction, and overall team player. Experience in life insurance and or investment advisory preferred.
Qualifications
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree is a plus
