What does a successful Executive Assistant do at Fiserv?
In this role, you will be a key partner to our senior leaders of the Global Brand, Marketing and Communications leadership team providing a full range of administrative support and participate in projects where you can showcase your ability to put together presentations and participate in ad hoc projects.
What you will do:
Prepare, proof, verify and craft information for reports and compose correspondence to include PowerPoint slides, hand-outs, and presentations.
Accurate and timely compilation of information and report/slide preparation for prompt distribution of necessary information
Process and assist with onboarding of new hires; manage the purchasing of computer equipment, phones, supplies, etc.
Organize facility requests, equipment, food and/or refreshments.
Assist the team with planning and coordinating on and off-site meetings. This includes scheduling the location, creating, and sending meeting invites, greeting attendees/visitors, making necessary meal arrangements, etc., and documenting and publishing meeting minutes as requested.
Support senior leadership team members with travel arrangements, calendar management, meeting cadences, etc.
Provide clear communication with internal and external stakeholders to support Global Brand, Marketing and Communications objectives on behalf of senior leadership.
Be a member of a team providing administrative support to the senior leadership of Global Brand.
What you will need to have:
5+ years' experience providing administrative support to C Suite leaders
Experience with Microsoft Office programs including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Power Point
Combination of Military, Education, and Equivalent work experience
