The role is primarily for a hunter to bring in new logos to the company in the areas of IT, BPO, Admin, Clerical, Finance and Healthcare staffing
This role does not involve LIGHT INDUSTRIAL staffing
Responsibilities:
10+ years of experience in staffing sales
Deep understanding of organizational procurement structure such as Chief procurement officer, Contingent workforce category manager, MSP program manager, MSP supplier manager
Attend contingent workforce industry conferences
Create presentation decks and case studies explaining our business capabilities
Speak at contingent workforce industry events
Manage P&L for MSP accounts
Prior experience in working with MSP partners such as Allegis, Pontoon, Kelly, etc.....
Experience in completing RFI/RFP's
Understanding marketing outreach campaigns and lead generation
Providing inputs for marketing collateral
Deep understanding of Linkedin sales navigator, Discoverorg,etc....
Manage onsite and offshore account managers for existing MSP accounts
Hands on knowledge of using industry recognized CRM
Requires up to 80% travel on short notice
Can be located anywhere in the US but preferably Atlanta
