UAC is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Data Research and Entry Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on automotive aftermarket data management, with a strong emphasis on heavy-duty parts. The ideal candidate will have experience in automotive research, data analysis, and data entry, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive research on automotive HVAC and engine cooling products from OEMs and competitors.
Collect, analyze, and interpret data to ensure accurate and up-to-date catalog entries.
Update and maintain UAC's product catalog with precise information.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure consistency and accuracy of product data.
Monitor industry trends and advancements to keep the catalog relevant and competitive.
Assist in developing new product part numbers and detailed descriptions.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and company guidelines.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in automotive research, data analysis, and data entry.
Familiarity with OEM specifications and competitor product analysis.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
Proficient in using catalog management software and databases.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Preferred Experience:
Previous experience in data management within the automotive industry.
Knowledge of HVAC and engine cooling systems for various vehicle types.
Experience with ACES and PIES standards for catalog data.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools.
