  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of 23 direct reports, fostering a collaborative, high-performance work environment and finding solutions to support team success.
  • Operational Oversight: Oversee operations across key departments, including title examination, escrow closing services, sales, accounting, technology, marketing, compliance, and legal, ensuring efficient workflow and alignment with company goals.
  • Financial Management: Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation, to meet financial targets and support company growth.
  • Client Relations: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, real estate professionals, and industry partners to drive business development and enhance opportunities.
  • Vendor Management: Select, onboard, and maintain vendor relationships to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and compliance, while optimizing performance and mitigating operational risks.
  • Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and improve workflows to increase productivity, reduce costs, and enhance quality, ensuring effective resource utilization.
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure full compliance with legal, regulatory, and industry standards, managing risks to safeguard the company and its stakeholders.
  • Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends and market conditions, identifying growth opportunities and maintaining a competitive edge.
  • Innovation: Lead efforts to innovate processes and integrate new technologies to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of proven leadership experience in the title or real estate industry.
  • Deep understanding of title insurance, escrow services, and real estate transactions.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with day-to-day operational management.
  • Expertise in financial management, budgeting, and analysis.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive growth and effectively manage change.
  • Experience with the following applications is a plus: Simplifile, FAST, First American products and services (MRS Reporting, Docs2FAST, AgentNet, TrustLink, FATrust, WireLink, PRISM), DataTrace, TitleFlex, Google Workspace, Earnnest, and Slack.
