The principal responsibilities are as follows:
Working knowledge of Project Management in a Machine Manufacturing environment.
Proven success in managing large Capital Projects - required
Leading a cross-functional team of individuals in completing projects timely.
Creating and communicating project timelines.
Delegating tasks and holding the team accountable.
Ability to make effective decisions.
Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
Ability to manage budgets to adhere to cost and deadlines.
Experience & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Management or equivalent work experience
Project Management Professional certification preferred
Minimum 5 years experience working in a Machine Manufacturing environment.
5+ years' project management experience within a manufacturing environment required.
Highly organized with a strong attention to detail, clarity, accuracy, and conciseness.
