THE POSITION
We are looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to be the owner of the PolarPro consumer journey and act as the greatest advocate for the community internally. This individual will live and breathe acquisition and retention, ensuring we are doing everything we can to not only generate revenue, but foster a community of brand advocates. They're well-versed in email, SMS, loyalty programs, reviews, UGC and any other host of digital tactics that create and promote consumer engagement.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategize and execute email and SMS marketing strategies, creating an ecosystem of marketing automation and personalization that drives revenue
Drive user acquisition on both digital and direct marketing channels, growing total subscriber counts, loyalty membership and account creation
Audit and relaunch PolarPro's loyalty program, showcasing consumer value and ROI for the business
Engage the community and promote interaction through UGC from ratings and reviews to social media content
Work closely with the web and customer service teams on customer flows from acquisition, to purchase to retention
Establish customer insights and analysis to gain understanding of customer behavior, identify at-risk segments, and develop targeted retention campaigns
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of engagement initiatives, using key metrics and KPIs to measure success and inform future strategies
Build a customer-centric program that is rich with value for our community while efficiently driving revenue through hyper-personalized marketing messages
QUALIFICATIONS
3 - 5 years of experience managing email programs, with SMS program management a plus
Hands-on experience with Shopify-integrated marketing & automation platforms like Klaviyo (preferred), Attentive, Yotpo, etc.
Understanding of data analytics and use of GA4, Shopify, Triple Whale or other third-party data platforms (CDPs, CRM, etc. a plus)
Experience building and executing customer acquisition and retention strategies at a DTC brand
Capable of working with web, product, customer service and creative teams to synthesize consumer feedback/insights and drive strategy
Understand CAN-SPAM/CASL/GDPR requirements and inbox deliverability standards
Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze and review content for accuracy and grammar
