MAU is hiring a Senior Project Estimation Specialist for Flour Nuclear Power in Aiken, SC. As a Senior Project Estimation Specialist, you will review source data, collaborate to develop estimating plans, identify areas requiring subcontract support or specialized equipment, coordinate with Supply Chain and subject matter experts, select estimate methodologies, oversee estimators' work, and ensure feedback is implemented through the review process. This is a contract long-term opportunity.

General Requirements:
Must have a strong working knowledge of Federal, State, and Local codes and standards relevant to project controls, including Department of Energy Orders
This is a senior-level position requiring a minimum of 14 years of relevant experience
Essential Functions:
Review source data, including engineering documents
Collaborate with the Volume III Lead to develop an estimating plan and handbook
Identify work scope areas requiring subcontract support or specialized equipment and work with the Supply Chain to draft specifications and obtain pricing
Determine areas needing subject matter expertise and coordinate with the Proposal Manager to source appropriate SMEs
Select and apply suitable estimating methodologies
Oversee and review the work of estimators and junior estimators
Participate in the review process, ensuring comments and feedback are incorporated
