Insight Global is looking for a Project Coordinator, Estimating to support one of our clients in the utility, infrastructure engineering, & construction space. This Project coordinator will assist project managers in the safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery of large-scale utility projects. Daily tasks include developing job setup packages, coordinating site preparation services, and monitoring equipment rentals. They track purchase orders, obtain project permits, and ensure the accuracy of project documentation. Additionally, they assist in weekly scheduling, reconcile daily manpower reports, and support project close-out processes. Monitoring Underground Service Alert (USA) dates and verifying project completion dates are also key responsibilities.
Must Haves:
Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, Project Management software (Viewpoint or similar) and Scheduling software (Primavera or similar)
Able to communicate effectively at all levels and in all formats
Ability to think creatively and be solution focused.
Proven organizational tools and methods for ensuring all commitments are met.
Must live in Oregon
Plusses:
Construction industry with estimating projects
BA/BS degree in Construction Management or Engineering or a related field
Familiar with Underground Service Alert (USA)
Compensation:
$50,000 - $56,000k
