Now Hiring: Administrative Assistant!

Our client, a dynamic and growing company, is looking for an Administrative Assistant to provide key support across all departments. This role offers the chance to be part of a collaborative team, working in a fast-paced environment with opportunities for growth.

Compensation is dependent upon experience

Responsibilities:
  • Support multiple departments with administrative tasks
  • Coordinate travel, expense reports, and event planning
  • Create documents, presentations, and reports using MS Office Suite
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings (MS Outlook, Zoom)
  • Assist with office tasks, including phone support and organizing meetings

Ideal Candidate:
  • 3-5 years of administrative experience in a corporate or professional services environment
  • Proficient in MS Office, Zoom, and Cvent (preferred)
  • Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and a true team player
  • Comfortable interfacing with executives
  • Comfortable working in a small, collaborative environment
