Pay Range: $68 - $70/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Under the oversight of the Director of CCI, provide coordination, tracking, compliance administration, and project execution support for externally-facing elements of Client's CREATE project.
  • In collaboration with the CREATE PM, ensure fulfillment of all reporting and compliance obligation.
  • Convene regular meetings of the project execution team and provide timely reports to the Director of CCI, CREATE PM, and CBP executive sponsor (VP GEA).
  • Collaborate with The Fund to support evaluation of applications for funding through the CRCS program.
  • Collaborate with The Fund to assist fundraising for the CRCS project and, in conjunction with the Director of CCI, support implementation of Client's initiatives.
  • Represent the CBP implementation team at internal program oversight and leadership meetings.
  • Develop program reports upon request for the CREATE PM and U.S. Department of Energy.
  • With SDP and external partners, document grant impact and meet all reporting requirements.
  • Collaborate with Client's CCI, Communications, and Governmental & External Affairs to support internal and external communications.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

  • Key Skills: Bachelor's degree in business, project management, public administration, accounting or similar.
  • 5-7 years of full-time, professional experience administering large grants and/or government funding.
  • Experience working with multiple, large, and multi-faceted organizations and stakeholders to identify and operationalize complex projects.
  • Demonstrated experience administering budgets and providing detailed financial and impact reporting.
  • Experience and accountability operating in hybrid-remote work environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in synthesizing and communicating essential information regarding complex projects, working with multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams and PowerPoint).
  • Demonstrated fundraising experience a plus.
  • High degree of professionalism in dealing with diverse groups of people, including senior executives, community leaders, donors, and funding partners.
  • Experience administering large grants and/or government funding.
  • Experience working with large, multi-faceted organizations to identify and operationalize complex projects.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Professional level verbal and written communications skills.
  • Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities and reprioritize as necessary.
  • Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Possess strong decision-making skills and take a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with federal and state laws, guidelines and regulations governing the management of grants.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of business processes, document management, and contract administration.
