Project Administrator to join a thriving company in Carrollton, Texas.
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire
Pay Rate: $22.00/hour - $28.00/hour

Project Administrator Responsibilities:
- Manage project folders and ensure ongoing maintenance.
- Handle project billing processes.
- Submit data for client approval.
- Set up and maintain project folders.
- Compile the close-out document package.
- Input project data accurately.
- Validate timesheets, expense reports, mileage, and credit card transactions.
- Manage service tickets.
- Validate incentive commissions.
- Perform all essential functions of the role and any additional tasks as assigned.
Project Administrator Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Computer proficiency.
- Microsoft Office proficiency.
Project Administrator Education and Experience:
- A minimum of a high school diploma is required.
- 3+ years of relevant administrative experience ideally working with project managers is ideal.
- Previous construction experience is preferred.
