Job Duties:
Drive strategic planning and implementation, adapting to evolving government policies
Develop and execute comprehensive fund development strategies, including a capital campaign
Oversee staff development, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
Manage day-to-day operations, budget, and facilities in alignment with organizational goals
Cultivate board relationships and participate in community leadership opportunities
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred
15+ years of leadership experience, ideally in a non-profit setting
Valid driver's license and personal vehicle with appropriate insurance
Flexibility to work non-standard hours, including evenings and weekends
