As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will serve as the primary interface between the client and the system/application, ensuring seamless operations. Your key duties will include:
Accurately diagnosing and resolving client issues using deep product knowledge.
Designing solutions and effectively communicating with clients to ensure smooth system performance.
Working independently while becoming a subject matter expert in your area.
Proactively identifying and addressing client issues to minimize system downtime.
Collaborating with the development team to improve system functionality and performance.
Providing training and support to end-users to maximize system efficiency.
Conducting regular system audits to identify vulnerabilities and improve system stability.
Keeping abreast of industry trends and advancements to continuously enhance system support.
Preferred Skills:
Proficiency in Issue Management.
Beginner-level proficiency in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
Beginner-level proficiency with Manufacturing Execution System (FactoryTalk).
Intermediate-level knowledge in the pharmaceutical sector.
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience with MES (Level 1 skills) would be huge Plus
Proven experience in Issue Management.

This role requires working onsite at the client location in Concord, NC.
