Air Journey is searching for their next Travel Planner for our small-group itineraries to join the Land Arrangements team. As a Travel Planner, you will plan and deliver high-end, flawless, unique travel experiences to our clients. You will oversee the entire Journey, from start to finish, serving as the primary contact for our clients and vendors to ensure seamless travel for all.
To be successful, the Travel Planner will combine multi-tasking, attention to detail, and creativity, with first class service skills. This position requires a strong knowledge of travel and requires experience in managing multiple projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Plan, organize and manage Journeys.
Negotiate rates and terms with vendors.
Research destination, culinary and activity recommendations
Track invoicing, payments and verify compliance to budget while delivering the highest value for our customers.
Corresponding by phone and/or email with hotels and other suppliers while making and confirming reservations and services.
Seek solutions when problems arise and make alternative arrangements with the guidance of upper management

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Travel Planning experience for at least 2 years
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
Strong computer skills a must
Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
