???? Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, paint, and finish components for wastewater systems (pump racks, decks, filtration systems)
Apply paint, primer, and coatings using spray guns and other equipment
Mix paint according to specifications
Inspect painted surfaces for quality and correct defects
Maintain painting equipment and work areas
Follow safety guidelines and environmental regulations
Assist in assembling wastewater systems from mechanical drawings
Help with loading/unloading trucks and shop maintenance
???? Qualifications:
2+ years experience as a painter in manufacturing/industrial setting preferred
Proficiency in various painting techniques and tools
Ability to interpret technical specifications and blueprints
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality finishes
Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Understanding of safety procedures for painting and hazardous materials
High school diploma or equivalent (technical training in painting is a plus)
