Job Description: Insight Global is seeking a Renewals Specialist for a full-time opportunity, with a client that is the nation's leading independent provider of scheduled and emergency power generator maintenance, repair, and sales. This person will be responsible for renewing around 150 generator maintenance contracts/month, and should be comfortable communicating with clients via email and phone. The renewals process will start via email, and it will be up to this individual to advance the process to a phone call if needed. The mission of the Renewal Specialist is to ensure there is no lapse in Preventative Maintenance service for customers by updating contacts in our CRM, providing quotes, processing agreements, and educating customers about capabilities and resources that are available to them along the way. They are responsible for ensuring they are meeting their monthly quota's by renewing contracts on a monthly basis, and utilizing their skills to uncover potential upsell opportunities. Additionally, there is a significant amount of State and Government contracts that require renewals, and the client is looking for this person to have prior RFP experience.
