Our Business Systems and Analytics Team is looking to hire a Data Coordinator to manage day to day supply chain, inventory, and cost management activities alongside our Product and Operations teams. In addition, the Data Coordinator will take on a multitude of analytical requests and offer up key data driven insights to be shared throughout the organization and used as we make decisions to propel the company forward.

Responsibilities:
Builds and maintains SKUS and BOMS for new product launches
Performs hardware cost analysis and manages the COGS for all product offerings
Coordinates and manages the release of new price books
Develops and distributes forecasts and inventory stocking plans through detailed analysis of historical trends, opportunity data, and supply constraints
Maintains a close working relationship internally with Product Management, Operations, and Business Systems and externally with manufacturers, integrators, and OEMs as it pertains to product launches, pricing, and inventory management
Builds reports, dashboards, and automation upon request
Performs data audits and related tasks in efforts to maintain high levels of data integrity and to reduce the buildup of technical debt
Assists in all other ticket request types that come in through the Analytics queue

Requirements:
1+ years of data analytics, supply chain planning, inventory management, or related roles
1+ years experience with Salesforce or another CRM tool is strongly recommended
Strong spreadsheet and data presentation skills using Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Looker Studio
Positive attitude and growth mindset
Takes initiative and delivers results with minimal supervision
Strong business acumen, analytical skills, & attention to detail
Ability to clearly & concisely communicate with users in different roles and with varying skill sets
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
