Job Description:
The Executive Assistant provides professional administrative support of a complex and confidential nature to the President/CEO. This role requires coordination, communication, and discretion, representing the executive office through correspondence, telephone, and personal interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate appointments, seminars, travel, and business activities for the President/CEO.
Handle incoming/outgoing calls and mail for the President/CEO.
Maintain files and manage the central filing system for the Foundation.
Prepare and submit expense reports for the President/CEO.
Supervise daily office operations and manage office supplies.
Assist in communication with the Board of Directors.
Collaborate with senior management on progress reports and financial updates.
Proof and edit reports, presentations, and other written communications.
Assist with the maintenance and updates of the strategic plan and Conflict of Interest Statements.
Ensure the completion of performance management tools and use SMART goals for annual reviews.
Provide support to senior management as requested.

Education:
High School Diploma or GED required
College degree preferred
Experience:
5+ years of executive administrative or related experience
Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit for extended periods
Fine motor skills for keyboard use
Ability to lift file boxes (~20 lbs)
