Key Responsibilities:
Calendar management using Outlook, ensuring efficient scheduling and time optimization.
Headcount tracking and support for team management.
General administrative duties, including email management and supporting team projects.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing calendars using Outlook.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in headcount management and team support.
Minimum of 5 years of experience using Microsoft tools such as Excel and Outlook.
Sales or customer service background is advantageous.
