This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction. They will also process orders, update customer accounts, and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
