Job Description:

Our client is a Dallas-based private equity firm managing multi-billion-dollar assets. As the firm continues to expand, they are looking for an Executive Assistant/ Office Manager to support the leadership team. This role calls for a highly organized, discreet, and motivated individual, offering significant opportunities for growth within the company.

What YOU get to DO at this growing company:
  • Oversee daily office operations, including managing supplies, document scanning, notarization, shipping, and maintenance requests.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence
  • Schedule meetings, book travel, and manage executive calendars, while coordinating communications with employees, investors, and external parties.
  • Process expense reports and manage expense approvals with leader's guidance
  • Handle investor requests, organize team events, post job roles, manage interviews and onboarding, and support the CFO with financial tasks.
  • Update the CRM with communication activity

What you NEED to SUCCEED in this challenging role:
  • Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience supporting executive-level management, preferably in private equity or the financial industry
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professionalism, attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
  • Be a proactive self-starter, able to work independently, and must be able to work in Uptown Dallas.
  • A Texas notary public license is preferred, and a valid driver's license with reliable transportation is required.
