Insight Global is seeking a Head of Install Operations for our client, a leading nonprofit technology social enterprise headquartered in the Cleveland area. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the Field Manager and field installation team of 7, ensuring the efficient delivery of high-quality services that align with the company's operational goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities, with a proven track record in managing large-scale field operations and driving process improvements. Key responsibilities include optimizing operational processes, managing resources and budgets, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and mentoring both internal teams and contractors. You will work closely with executive leadership to scale field operations and contribute to the company's overall growth strategy. This person will report directly to the COO.
Annual Compensation: $85,000 - $115,000
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
