We are representing one of our clients in the Insurance Industry. As they continue to expand their business and team- they are actively hiring for Admin Assistant/ Assistant Account to support their Commercial Lines Account Managers.
Location : Las Vegas,Nevada
100% office based
Monday to Friday
Compensation: $19-24/hr depending on experience
As an Administrative Assistant, you'll support our Commercial Lines team. Your duties include preparing certificates, updating files, creating documents, and mailing.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare certificates.
Update customer files.
Create documents for renewals and client communications.
Perform mailings.
Provide excellent customer service.
Enter data accurately.
Collaborate with the team.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Insurance experience preferred.
Organized and detail-oriented.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work independently and with others
This is an entry level role- open to candidates with at least 1 year of experience in any insurance line
