As Assistant General Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining this dynamic account in partnership with the General Manager by following the approved budget while meeting client expectations. You will conduct safety, sanitation, and maintenance programs while maintaining excellent relationships with employees, guests, clients, and other departments. You will promote the professional growth and development of the entire team. You will foster strong interdepartmental relations and create a "wow" worthy environment, focused on providing exceptional guest service to Delta travelers!
Salary- $70,000-$75,000 *based on skill, experience, and work history
The lounge is open from 4:30 AM -12:30 AM - 365 days a year
Based on a 50-hour work week -
Experience in Fine Dining and/or VIP Clubs is HIGHLY DESIRABLE

***This role is based on-site at the SFO airport - parking is provided
*** This is a 2-10:30 PM shift and interested applicants must have demonstrated experience in bar operations.
Key AGM Responsibilities:
Assists with managing food service operations and bar operations followingthe approved budget
Ensures the beverage program meets Delta and Compass standards, at all times
Assists with purchasing and inventory for the bar(s)
Maintains excellent relationships with associates, guests,d clients, and other departments within the operation.
Motivates, trains, and inspires a proactive and positive team
Qualifications:
2 to 4 years of food service management experience - must have experience running beverage program/bar operations
Experience in restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, education, military, health care, and/or related food service operations.
Comprehensive knowledge of food.
Financial experience and business acumen skills.
ServSafe Certification is preferred.
Proficient computer skills and knowledge of MS Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet.
Associate's degree is preferred.
