LaSalle Network is hiring for a large project with a very well-known organization in downtown Chicago who is looking for contract General Office Assistant. We are looking for individuals who have strong communication and organization skills. Our client is looking for individuals who can commute on-site and can start immediately!
General Office Assistant Responsibilities:
Answer inbound calls and address customer questions/concerns
Process data into the internal system
Assist with scanning, sorting and filing documents
Data entry
Additional clerical work within the office
General Office Assistant Requirements:
Office work experience
Excellent written and oral communication
Desire to work in an office and ability to commute to the loop
Ability to commit to a schedule that includes Monday - Friday, plus one weekend day
Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Outlook. Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and SharePoint desirable
